Game Maker announced it’s decision on the new logo today. ewwwwwwwwwww….
The new logo is HIDEOUS! How could they have possibly thought that this was OK? here, if you want to see the blog post for yourself, see here:

It’s looks like the smiley face is INSANE. Not to seem like a troll or anything, but I USE GameMaker. I Do NOT want this, this, thing on my desktop. For comparison, my logo submission wasn’t much better, but it was reasonably good…

How is the one that they chose good? It looks childish, and destroys all the work YYG has put into getting a reputation as a SERIOUS game design community. That thing looks nuts.

They chose an awful logo that makes it look like it is for three-year-olds.
